Boil water then add the meat and allow it to cook ????????MOPANE WORMS: Pick them from the tree. Lay them out to dry for 2 days. Boil water and add oil, salt and the mopane worms. Serve when ready. ????????PAP: Boil water, add salt and cooking oil. Add porridge (cornflour) and mix for about 40 minutes.
