Sensational/Truth ? M Nageswar rao comment of CM Bommai's decision on Hindu Temple Funds

In the NEWS the LIme light of " Karnataka bars temple funds diversion to non-Hindu religious institutions notifies order"  Bengaluru, Aug 1 (UNI) In a major decision,

In this context, as a Twitter platform, Sri Nageshwar Rao made sensational comments. They are : "Section 19 of KTK HRI&CE Act-1997 lists various Hindu purposes for which Temple [Common Pool] Fund can be used. It doesn't allow non-Hindu purposes.

1st they violate the law. When Hs outrage they issue some inane orders giving Hindus a sense of dubious victory. "

So what is Section 19 of KTK HRI&CE Act-1997 which is mentioned in the tweet by Sri M Nageswar Rao IPS (R)

Here it is: Click on the following link to read full document

THE HINDU RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS AND CHARITABLE ENDOWMENTS ACT, 1997in Short form, it is called Section 19 of KTK HRI&CE Act-1997

AND

What's in the NEWS about the Temple funds decision By CM Bommai. ? (Background)

"the KTK govt has notified an order prohibiting the diversion of funds from Hindu temples to non-Hindu religious institutions. The government has barred deviation of funds from either the 'tastik' amount or the annual grants.

As many as 757 religious centres and 111 prayer centres in the state receive 'tastik' and an annual grant from Muzrai department. The order instructs that such grants be given to the concerned institutions through the Department of Minority Welfare, Hajj and Waqf.

A notification in this regard was released by the Karnataka Hindu religious institutions and charitable endowments department, popularly known as muzrai department, dated 23 July.  It restricts the diversion of funds from Muzrai department controlled Hindu temples to any other nonHindu causes. The decision was taken after members of the state and district Dharmic Parishads opposed the diversion of funds from Hindu temples to other religious institutions.

Diversion of the funds from the muzrai department to imams of mosques was recently opposed by Hindu organisations. The Vishwa Hindu Parishad had opposed the decision of the govt to provide Covid19 pandemic relief to the imams of 41 mosques and madrasas of Dakshina Kannada district from the funds of the muzrai department. The VHP, instead, had urged the govt to use the funds from 'deva sthanams and temples' for the Hindu community.

In reply, Muzrai Minister Kota Shrinivas Poojary had assured the Hindu organisation to stop the financial aid from the department to non-Hindu religious institutions. The Muzrai department had earlier distributed food kits worth Rs 1,500 each to all Archakas of C-grade temples in May this year."

So this means is the government really played and playing with Hindu Sentiments, as

after the release of Order from the govt of Karnatam by CM Sri B.Bommai on 23rd, huge praise and Hailing of Bommai Government outraged like as

"Great move by the CM. High time temples and their funds were freed from the greedy hands of politicians and the respective govt. Like the other religions, temples too should have the right to use their funds as and how they wish." by a Twitter User.

"This is no Hindu victory. And Hindus know it. Politicians will not let go of control of temples because they derive money from there and deny religious leaders any influence by keeping them muzzled through this draconian tool. They keep posing as Hindu community leaders themselves." by another Twitter User

and most of the congratulating and some are comparing with other governments in religious basis.

But What do we need to observe here?

The mind and spirit of a police officer are always on the lookout for the real source of an incident. Police are really trained for this, to prevent future unrest, as well as the police being fully expert and bold in making long and deep thoughts that we cannot see.
