Megastar Chiranjeevi & I both believed in one line. ‘Work is God. Worth is Hard Work’ Said Sreedhar Bevara
Padma Bhushan, Dr Chiranjeevi and Sreedhar Bevara

Their long discussion was mainly about Life, Leadership, Approach, Passion and importantly how to stay Relevant - something Megastar himself has practised in his 40-plus years of career. Mr Sreedhar Bevara appreciated the Megastar's (Padma Bhushan Dr Konidela Siva Sankara Vara Prasad ) consistency in terms of encouraging new and young talent - something he emphasized, is a great leadership quality.

Also, Mr Sreedhar Bevara opined that Megastar has paved the way all alone and now became an abundant source from a mere scarce. Mr Sreedhar Bevara said that Megastar's life is a live example of 'Work is God. Worth is Hardwork", a quote he wrote in his earlier bestseller book Moment of Signal. Megastar expressed his humble gratitude for the visit and shared his experiences and thought processes about life. Bevara thanked Megastar's amazing courtesy and humbleness despite their great achievements in life.

Sreedhar Bevara is an Alum of IIM Ahmedabad, Senior Corporate Executive, Author of leadership books, Contributor to Forbes, Leadership expert and Motivational Speaker at elite organisations including IIMs, IITs and American Universities, who’s well covered in the national and international media for his leadership contributions.

He now runs a Management and Technology consultancy, 'BMR Innovations' with offices in Dubai, USA and India. He's recently approved by the Hon'ble CM of Goa as an advising member and mentor to Goa State Innovation Council. He will work with the state to bridge the skill gap and help develop innovation initiatives.

After phenomenal success with his previous book Moment of Signal that was released in WTC, NYC; his new leadership book The Roaring Lambs, published by HarperCollins has become a national bestseller that was also prerelease endorsed by TOI, Dr Deepak Chopra & Mark Victor Hansen (the 'Chicken Soup for the Soul' fame). His recent meetings with Dr Kiran Bedi, Dr Shashi Tharoor, Dr Amitabh Kant - CEO of NITI Aayog, Mr Deepak Bagla - MD of Invest India (PM's pet project) & billionaire businessman Shri GMR. These great leaders went on to Twitter to appreciate Mr Bevara and his achievements.

An inspiring story, in true slumdog millionaire style, of a young man who first started as a waiter and street vendor and eventually to the corporate board; he’s one of the contemporary thought leaderships to have been appreciated by many top names including Jeffrey Hayzlett, Dr Kiran Bedi, Dr Shashi Tharoor, Dr Amitabh Kant, Mr G.M. Rao, Mallence Bart-Williams and Mr Chris Gardner of 'The Pursuit of Happyness' fame.
