Seized: gutka - illicit tobacco costs Rs 1 crore : Vishal Gunni IPS : GNT Police
Guntur Rural Police have seized a large number of gutka packets and illicit tobacco products worth about Rs 1 crore on the orders of SP Shri Vishal Gunni IPS.
Guntur Rural SP Vishal Gunni IPS guided the cops to start harsh activity against those associated with criminal operations in Tenali, Bapatla, Sattenapalli, Narasaraopet, Gurazala and Thullur. In an assertion, he said as a feature of Special Enforcement Drive, the police workforce directed amazement assessments and seized gutka sachets and SOme Illicit Tobacco products Worth worth Nearly One Crore.

Guntur Rural District SP Shri Vishal Gunni has been conducting inspections on suspected SHOPs sold and suspected in the past to curb the sale of banned gutka packets within all police stations as per the directions of IPS.
The SP taught the police staff to document presume sheets against routine wrongdoers. Vishal Gunni likewise guided the cops to zero in on checking of sand carrying and illicit transportation of PDS rice on Friday and Saturday.
He guided cops to work in a joint effort with SEB authorities in controlling criminal operations in the area.
