Most people say SLEEP IN AS LATE AS YOU WANT. but The Reality of Easing Stress and Workload and To Refresh - MUST and should WAKEUP as Early as Possible. 

Prefered wakeup by 4:00 AM - and Just Move on to the outdoor. then Just Start to feel the cold and Calmness of the nature and fresh Air, 

Take walk or Jog for a while as good as you feel, and Free as you can. 

Waking up early gives you a Good & More Time, thus You don't have to worry about planning and execute your TO DO list of the Day.

After returning from Jog or outdoor activity, - just Sart for the fresh warm water bath, 

After the bath - just prepare for a Nap. ( 30Mins to 1 Hour). Then wake up and Prepare for Shopping or if you already have Enough Stuff, then Plan a good and delicious Breakfast and as well as Meal/Lunch of the Day. 

Dont Watch Movies or TV or Mobile . Just All you is Only Physical Activity. 

Have a Glass of Milk (Hot Milk) With 4 Pices of Elachi added . this will reduce stress and ease your Head muscles. Try to sniff the smell. (No tea No Cofee).

Check, Plan and Arrage Your Wardrobe and CLoths. if found faulty then without any doubt just try to fix them either by replacing with new one or Repairing , or If Neccesary Plan for Shoping. 

Take 10 - 30 mints of Time to take to your self by sitting with MIRROR, or with Wife or with your Pet, or Even with your Kids. This will make you to recall the past activities, and may benefit in future planning nad as well as to understand your self.

Writing is another Activity which eases and relives the sorrow and Stressed Situations out of your mind. - thus simply Try to Write Dairy or a any thing on Paper like story, or Eassy, 

Must do Physical excersizes or At least Situps, this will definitely ease Stress nad, as well as Reduces the Chance of ED , or Personal nad Mental Health issues. 

By evening Plan a Full Meal (Dinner) for to full of Stomach, A full stomach can give you a Good Sleep as well as Regenuates the Energy levels in body. and Makes you feel better by the Monday Morning. add Frute salad or RAW fruts in meal. 

That's it. 

Many do sleep max on Sundays , but Prolonged sleep can can increase stress on brain, and may make you feel Dizzy . but if you follow the Above steps you will definitely feel Sleepy by the Night of Sunday, but This may make you to Energise the Body and Mind. 

No Phone and / or TV or Movies . Just Physical Activity and Being your self and Spending time yourself. makes your self Stronger. 

Spending time with Mirror makes you to feel Your self and to understand your self, read what your body and face telling about you.
