What is TELSANTRA ?

TELSANTRA is a Machine translation system which is invented, designed and developed by Dr T Kameshwar Rao, who is a Double PhD Holder and a professor of VVIT Guntur. he filed for a patent on his invention/work titled " TELSANTRA -  A HYBRID APPROACH TO THE DESIGN OF A TELUGU TO SANSKRIT MACHINE TRANSLATION SYSTEM" on 11-01-2016, and Patent Received from Government of India on 23-06-2022.

About TELSANTRA: The present invention discloses a system for translating one language into another language. The system includes a handler module adapted to handle various types of inflexions of nouns and pronouns;

a plural handler module adapted to handle multiple types of plural forms of nouns and pronouns after examining whether there is any plurality in the word, wherein if the word is represented in plural form, then the plural part is separated from the word using applicable rules, and the plural handler module fetches original singular using a morphology module;

a verb forms handler module examines and processes various types of verb forms; a splitter handler module splits the bigrams, wherein many trigrams or n-grams are also split successfully if trigrams or n-grams are not in plural forms or inflected internally; and wherein the morphology module morphs many of the incomplete and cleaved words to make good and meaningful words, wherein the morphology module incorporates a majority of the grammar rules.

Who invented TELSANTRA ?

Dr T Kameshwar Rao, a Double PhD Holder and a professor of VVIT Guntur. filed for a patent on his invention/work titled " TELSANTRA -  A HYBRID APPROACH TO THE DESIGN OF A TELUGU TO SANSKRIT MACHINE TRANSLATION SYSTEM" on 11-01-2016, and a Patent Received from the Government of India on 23-06-2022.

In an Interview with Team MDN, Dr T Kameshwar Rao said that if the patent was granted earlier than now then My technology/ Work would have been used by translation tech Giants like google. but unfortunately, google itself launched/released its version of translation service in online for the Translation of the Telugu language into Sanskrit. Maybe it was approx around by the 16th of May of this year.

and Government of India Granted me a Patent on 23-06-2022, however my algorithm has more accuracy rate than the present google translation of TEL to SANS. and Technology has no limit to certain boundaries or certain slang, It's a continuous process of Development, as the Indian Language Telugu has unlimited slang or versions of its pronunciations, so to achieve a high accuracy rate, one or many has to work on the continuous development of the Algorithms and Scripts.

And Dr T Kamesgwar Rao Praised and Remembered his Guide, Dr TV Prasad, for Helping and Supporting in an extensive manner i.e. The never-ending support without consideration of Sunsets and sunrises this Research program/ Invention " TELSANTRA ". and Also thanks to his family members especially his Wife for Supporting him, and bearing the weight of the family and maintenance and smooth run of the family, while he is truly busy of Research work.

Dr T Kameshwar rao's Research works and professional Profile can be found on VVIT's official website.
